Highgrove, the King’s garden.
We have been to see the King’s garden at Highgrove, just outside Tetbury in Gloucestershire.
A fascinating guided walk around an extensive 17 acre garden which Prince Charles/King Charles lll has developed since 1980, that is 43 years. The wide range of plants and trees and how they link to Royal family members and events make this a garden with a difference.
We may well go again in the summer to see the garden in full flower.
The blip is of an elephant, made of Japanese Knotweed, situated at the entrance to the gardens. No cameras allowed inside the garden.
