Romanesco Cauliflower

This is Gloucestershire grown. I've never had one before and I am excited. Having it tonight with salmon. We now eat salmon and tuna once a week and I still get a thrill having had a period of 20 years when I didn't eat fish (I had developed an allergy). I haven't branched out to other fish yet and I still haven't been brave enough to eat it in a restaurant but I intend to do both in 2024.
