Apple and apricot chutney

Rob was out today so I took the chance to make chutney. We have harvested some apples but no room in the freezer to store them so chutney it is. Rob can’t bear the smell of boiling vinegar so best to do it while he’s away, then it’s a fait accompli when he gets home!
Bonnie must be settling down a bit, as I also managed a bit of gardening with her help!
