Juno walked in the morning with some company.

Cycled to work.

Lunchtime viewing of the art college degree show, brilliant imagination and work.

Work was a half full pint.

Left early and headed down the coast with kayak , eco mum , eco gran and Juno.

A wee paddel around Seacliff, I was chased by Juno who wanted to be with me. Eventually ashore the ladies walked along the shore as I paddled around and got used to the kayak.

North Berwick for chips, bumped into eco daughter and her pals at the beach.

Home and just chill.
