An Olympic Medal!

Today I have had a fun filled day out! We had an away day with work to the Lee Valley rafting centre where we had to compete against each other in time trials & races. Then we got to go down the rapids in our rafting boats and try not to fall out (which we managed not to do, can't say the same for some other boats!). At the end of the day we had Richard Hounslow (canoe team GB silver medalist) give us a talk where he very kindly passed round his medal for us to admire. This is said medal, can't believe how heavy it was!
