Bus Pass Walk

I was somewhat confused this morning as there was nobody at the bus stop when I walked down to join the other bus pass walkers for the 10:22 bus.  Then got a phone call to say the 10:02 bus had been running late so they had got on that one, but would wait in Bingley :-) The 10:22 finally turned up at 10:30, the others joined it in town and we rode up to Gilstead.  Walked through Milner Field where the pathway had turned into a stream with the earlier heavy showers.  The river was flowing very fast, and we went further on to walk along the canal towpath as the river pathway looked very muddy. A tree had fallen across the towpath - a bit of limbo dancing to get under!  You may just be able to see a confused looking cyclist on the other side trying to work out how to get past!  Nice lunch at The Loft and then home.  Car still with the garage.......worrying!!
