A (few) moments of Sunshine

A very good friend of ours has come up to the Lakes for a couple of days to scatter her late husband's (and past Blipper Kevin Maskell) ashes (with permission of the NT). Today we visited a couple of locations in Manesty Woods, and also a couple of locations in Great Wood to do so. I will also carry some to the top of some of the high Fells in the Lakes at a later date.

It was a windy, overcast day with squally showers, but every time we scattered a little of Kevin's ashes, either the Sun came out or we were treated to a rainbow. Felt like he was approving of the locations.
