Those glum faces say it all ………

…….. the weather here today has been awful.
The rain has been constant but not torrential and the light very poor.

I spent a good part of the afternoon watching TV programmes that I recorded many weeks ago. I enjoyed watching the Duchess of Northumberland (Jane Percy) and her vision for a children’s playground at Alnwick. Her imagination for the creation of Lilidorei was quite remarkable.
