Wednesday: Today’s Veggies …

… picked after breakfast as the sky was overcast and I presumed it would rain, but strangely … it hasn’t!

One of the courgette and the mixed kale leaves became lentil and vegetable soup, which was today’s “light lunch” with plenty more for freezing. I’ll make pakoras with the other courgette … courgette count is now 20, or thereabouts :-)

Whilst I was cooking I made Chilli Con Carne for MrD, with only a hint of chilli - the last one (from a jar) was far too spicy for his taste :-(( 
MrD on deliveries all day …

Lazy afternoon, trying to get through to the hospital to make an appointment for myself in November - patience is always rewarded …!!
