Dolphin watching from the long pier.

A wet afternoon, weather cleared an hour before sunset, and towards high tide we got a cloud sheet and late sun. A few dolphins were in the bay and we stood on the long pier watching them surface and jump. The Cathedral and St Rule’s Tower were silhouetted against the sky, the Castle on the cliffs and various town buildings were in shadow too.
