Hello Ducky

My life seems strangely chaotic at the moment, not used to chaos! I can cope with all the dogs that I have racing around, but they settle and sleep and become peaceful.
Lost over the last week my blipmojo, just felt entirely uninspired. I havent been sleeping very well either because of this damn head cold, I even managed to loose my voice. Did my usual meditation class this afternoon and I can feel myself returning back to normal, maybe thats been the problem I havent been able to do it properly because of my cold...who knows.
