awww, baby spotted turtles

aren't they just adorable?

We tracked our (now 6) radio tagged spotted turtles. While doing so, I came across an unmarked turtle and got to mark it.

How, you may ask? A triangular file. On their scutes (the edge of the shell). It doesn't hurt them, but they sure don't like it.
