Thank god for dads. He's been working magic in our garden. Looks v smart now.
Had walk in Abney Hall grounds with my cousin Jennifer. Didn't know Agatha Christie had written there - must find out which book it was. In the afternoon Rose and I visited Martin. Great to see him. He's having a tough time with the painkillers but hopefully this particular bout of sickness will come to a close v soon. The arrival of a cool new turntable has perked him up though so that's good.
Swim lesson for Rose later. She wasn't feeling it at all today though, bless her...
