Old yellow rose

I say it's old because it was already well established when we came here 19 years ago. It has good and bad years - this year is looking like a good one. The flowers have a lovely scent as well. I'm not convinced by roses that have no perfume - they're missing something important.

I've back blipped for Sunday now, here - the photos of Lapper's garden didn't turn out as I'd hoped, but the poppy is from her garden.
