Flower with many names

Officially, this flower is Hesperantha coccinea. It used to be called Schizostylis, but the name was changed a few years ago by botanists. It is of South African origin. The common name used to be Kaffir Lily but this is considered racially offensive and it is now Crimson Flag Lily. It will go on flowering until late autumn, sometimes until mid-winter.
