Comfort Food
I'm into the third day of struggling with Virgin Media on webchat to restore my lost email boxes. So far, over 9 hours on webchat including waiting time. I am stressed and frustrated. This is extra hard if everything falls on one person's shoulders (mine). There are three mailboxes not functioning, the one for all the business things the most urgent as it deals with orders, invoices, HMRC, VAT, printers and more.
I've walked away from it for a while, having a (hopefully) calming breakfast of avocado on toast and green tea. Then I'll be back in the long webchat queue for tech support.
