Nice Building with Dome

I thought this Building at the corner of Sauchiehall Street and Rose Street would make a good Blip.
I thought the Architecture above the ground floor  Level looked interesting and with the Dome.
I took the photo in the rain which was lighter by that time.
I went out for a short time this afternoon when the rain had eased a lot.
