A funny old day...

there was something just wrong with today... just never really got down to anything, kept faffing about things, never felt quite right, had a very long phonecall to my Dad, went to work, got very fed up with the manager, thought I was getting a migraine, turned out to be a neck ache. Just one of those crappy, faffy, 4/10 days.
Time to go to bed and reset the scale !
