Cleaning the garden path

Another day with Caspar today. He took me on a long (for me) dog walk this afternoon. It’s been very warm in the south, unlike in Scotland. It was like a summer’s day, very odd for October. When we got home Caspar decided to jet wash the garden path. It wasn’t strictly necessary but I can see it was very satisfying as it looked so much cleaner after and he likes to be busy with this sort of activity. He really is a complex boy, he is obsessive about cleanliness and hand washing but doesn’t mind getting dirty doing this sort of activity. I don’t begin to understand it! It’s been very nice to spend time with him. We’ve had some lovely conversations.
