Quilting

Today we traveled around Brant county in Southwest Ontario looking at quilts and quilting.
Mum is a keen and accomplished quilter and can be seen here at the end of a large quilting machine, sorting through 'fat quarters'.
This is the 'Red Bobbin', a quilt shop full of beautiful material and sewing paraphernalia, set quaintly in someones home with a shaggy black dog and ginger cat roaming around our legs. Quite lovely.
