Treat

A treat at the end of a long day to accompany the sparkly delight of Strictly on catchup.

Thank you all for your generous welcome yesterday.  I will respond to your kindness but likely not before Monday, for now please know that you touch my heart, always.

This 'work' is INTENSE,  right at the edge of the body/mind/heart's tolerance for vulnerability/pain and joy.  Wouldn't (couldn't :-)) have it any other way.
