Wet

It rained all night and heavily all day. The Tay has risen from an average 1metre to 5 metres deep. Its highest ever is 7 metres. It’s an impressive river in spate! Roads horrible and all cross border trains cancelled due to the storm meaning a lot of people had difficulty getting home after the memorial yesterday. I drive across to my sister to stay with her till tomorrow and we spent a little time painting in her studio. I did another very quick sketch of the fishing boats from my sketch.
Watched Scotland play Ireland in the rugby… like the day it was a bit of a wash out!
