Tabou

The most miserable weather!!

We got togged up in our waterproofs and parked up at the South inch car park. Unbelievably the farmers market was on. Poor traders standing in that rain. Got the bread and cheese and then we sloshed our way through the puddles to Tabou. I thought it would be quiet but no, quite busy. It was cosy and welcoming.

Had a chat with a couple of the regulars regarding Venice as they saw me reading the guide book.

We weren’t long shopping and walked back to the car park and then home. Lots of flooding in Scotland. Such a shame. Supposed to meet my cousin who lives in Troon in Glasgow on Monday and she texted asking if would still be going ahead. I said I was getting the bus through so it would prob be fine by then but she is train and wondered if it would be ok. We will see on Sunday .

A rather lazy afternoon of reading, sewing up the blanket and watching tv. The rain has not let up all day.

Thankfully the gang -C got away ok from Glasgow to Gatwick thankfully an early flight as there may have been issues later. The flight to Gatwick took off on time and they are now holed up in Colorado Springs in Orlando. In the sunshine.
