Thyme for Bees

We have several good-sized drifts of this purple thyme. It's green all year but becomes something special when it blooms. Then we have these beautiful drifts of color at the feet of other plants and shrubs. The bees love it. I think I saw about 10 bees working an area about 4 square feet while taking this blip. Alas, many seem to be photo-allergic and refused to be pictured.
