Mushrooms

I have consulted "Mushrooms" by Roger Phillips and I think I am correct in saying these are Fly Agaric mushrooms.  My edition of the book says that he has looked at more than 35,000 actual specimens over the last 30 years and this is a fact I find really quite moving, that someone has been determined to record a particular aspect of the natural world in such a methodical and diligent manner. 
Meanwhile, other parts of the world are going up in flames.
