Sunday Skies!

Another day defying the odds temperature wise when you consider it's actually October...but the skies have been heavy with thick fog and then rather dark clouds. I'll take it though. 

A day spent enjoying another lovely walk starting in Baildon which incorporated a stop off in Guiseley where Matthew introduced me to his Mum and sister. Both were lovely, welcoming and very easy to chat to with a brew. Phew! We then continued our walk ending back in Baildon. My blip is from the top of the moor, looking in the direction of Eldwick and Bingley. I liked the clouds. 

Back at mine for an evening with the Strictly results show. I think Nikita and Gorka will be the ones to go home, but we shall see. It was wonderful to see Amy Dowden back on the show last night and proudly showing her shaved head as a result of her treatment for breast cancer. I thought it was such a brave and powerful message that bald can be beautiful too and cancer warriors should be jolly proud of their courageous battles they go through every single day. What an inspirational lady!
