Helmsley

A morning of orienteering near Whitby. A damp misty morning on heather moorland but still enjoyed my run.

Home for lunch then a ride to Sproxton to catch up with son Matthew and his wife Mary. A delightful afternoon catching up with them both. 

Short of a blip so stopped off in Helmsley on the way home. Always like the architecture and floral displays
