this beasty threw a spanner in the works of my day.
I was able to take a picture, but when it came to catching him and putting him outside . . . no chance.
for shame, I had to go and get my neighbour to deal with him. Lisa was a gem, caught him in a cup and put him outside for me.
had to get a wriggle on to get to yoga on time, following spidergate. eeeeeeeeeek!

I missed a day yesterday - gutted. 84 consecutive days and every intention of making my 365, then missed a day. idiot!
