Enjoying the ivy

I don't know what happened but the weatherman got it wrong! I can't understand how that could happen! Lol

Instead the promised heat we got hazy sunshine ..... breezy & warm but definitely not what had been forecast! 
It did make for a pleasant walk nonetheless :-)

We actually saw three Jays .... not seen any here for a while .... they declined to pose for a photo but good to see them anyway :-)

The Ivy was alive with bees, wasps, hoverflies & Red Admirals ..... they were all enjoying the late flowers .... couldn't resist blipping this beauty :-)
