Who’d have thought it ?

English raspberries in the shops in October, something impossible when I was a child.
And while I go peacefully about my day ( more pointless paperwork, COVID booster, small top-up shop ), men, women and children no different from me are suffering unimaginable horrors.
Life’s just not fair.
