Sparrowhawk

This is a bit grim I'm afraid.  I was working at home when I heard a loud bang against a window.  On investigation, I could see this sparrowhawk, plucking a collared dove.  I thought the dove was dead initially but I think it may have been alive to start with.  I know it's nature, and the hawk has to eat, but it's a bit rough for the prey!
I was a bit unsettled after seeing this.    
I took this through the window so the photo looks a bit faded.
