A very brief, late in the day Blip!

Life and health have held me back from Blipping so aiming to recommence daily from today.

I had a productive morning attempting to chase up my physiotherapy appointment with the Specialist Chronic Pain Clinic at the local hospital and deal with some life admin.

My pain has been lower today but my fatigue high. 

They told me that my GP surgery had not sent through a letter from my GP asking for support in accessing physio. I saw my GP a fortnight ago today and we discussed this at length.

I was originally promised an appointment in August or September and patiently waited but still no date in the diary. My Pain Clinic journey has been an absolute rollercoaster and I am trying to retain faith in it with varying success.

I will await contact from from my GP as advised by the receptionist I spoke to today. She has sent the letter - the Pain Clinic misinformed me.

I had absolute trust that my GP would have wrote the letter as she was very supportive when I saw her two weeks ago. She hasn’t been my GP for very long as my former GP has opted to become a locum.

I went for a short, paced walk today and noticed this (today’s Blip photo) for the first time and posted it in a local old photography group.
