The Southern Cross
Been meaning to get to grips with Deep Sky Stacker and what better time than Matariki, but as you got to get up early for that constellation which would then be tomorrow, and I would have to find a vantage point with a view to the northern horizon, the southern cross will make the grade. I find it just staggering how many stars there are in such a tiny part of the sky.
The camera settings are 4 sec f4 iso 3200 at 70 mm
And its a stack of 6 lights and 4 darks. Which may not make sense to you unless you've had a play with astrophotography.
