Monday: Zion

It was a public holiday in Belize today.  Even though I’m on leave it’s nice to know that emails etc are slower because others are off too.

We had a good breakfast, checked out of our accommodation and caught the midday boat back to Belize City.  From there, we drove back to Belmopan.  It’s been a nice island get-away.  

Dinner in tonight but not before some pool time.  

There a fair few rastafarians in Belize.  This colourful display was close to our accommodation.
