Born of frustration

Back into office today. The weekend feels like another world. Yet only 2 hours away. Must make more effort to get up there more often.
Off to fitness at lunchtime. Tried to run but hamstring and shoulder still bothering me, so settled for 10k on elliptical. Boring but effective I guess. But rather frustrating 

Léo seems to have problem with his front left paw, not quite right when he stands up, but ok once he gets going.
