The King
A positive start to his cancer tests - his bone marrow and spinal fluid does not have cancer. It wasn't detected there on admission but was treated as a precaution. He's just about coped with the pain using oral drugs at home, but thankfully slept a lot. 

Wellbeing
Been over busy recently with RFU/rugby club, collies etc, so gave my apologies for a web meeting and XR meeting.
