Rose

We set off for home this morning and we stopped again in Kirby Stephen for lunch. I'd had a fall downstairs this morning and I've hurt my right hand but nothing is broken thankfully, just bruises. We said goodbye to Ann and Sue as they get off the motorway at Garstang, Janet and Margaret were parked at my house. We had an excellent journey home, the countryside looks fabulous with the trees starting to turn. 
I had a little wander in the garden and spotted this rose, I thought it was dead and was going to dig it up. I'd better give it another chance.
Thank you for all the comments and stars on my latest blips, I loved Durham and was absolutely blown away by Beamish, it was wonderful and I will go again.
