Road trip

I got up and asked Rich if we could head up north and see my mum and step-father, just feel I needed a visit to say my goodbye. 

We had to organise the day off and left sometime after 9am, it was slow going but we got there early afternoon.  Stayed for a few hours and headed home.  The sun set behind us and it was dark by the time we go back.

We were tired but I am glad we went.  My mum is camped out at the hospital so that she can be there for him at the end.  The hospital are looking after both of them which is good.
