The warm weather is giving these beautiful Red Admirals extra sunbathing time .
I made a top notch curry this eve, we rated it in the top 5 of my all time bests . Chicken, mungbean, pepper and other veg that was in the fridge hot curry , served with a fusion creation thingy of Bombay aloo potato/ mushroom bhaji , popadom and aubergine pickle ( thank you Pataks). Secret ingredients : cinnamon and bay leaves. I’ve recorded it here to give me a rough idea of what I did for next time !!
