Before....

This is a family favourite that my wife makes ..baked sweet potatoes with gruyere cheese and garlic...


Extra: after...baked and then the top is quickly broiled brown..I just love it.


She made two of these for Thanksgiving supper last night...and they are now ...Gone:-)
