RED FOUR

RED FOUR . . .To LEADER - no sorry, should be RED FOR . . . ???
I maybe short in the intelligence department, but could someone please tell me what all of these red ribbons stand for?

They have appeared around Filey (and I saw some in Scarborough last week) on various gate posts and fences. There is no apparent pattern so they are not marking a trail.

Perhaps The Borrowers have all become Boro Supporters ! New fixture list out this time next week !
