The “Crime” Scene
Everybody loves a good mystery, particularly if it’s a murder mystery. From my childhood I clearly recall the Bogle-Chandler case which kept giving for 40 years, a seemingly never ending list of suspects, motives, conspiracy theories and even an unknown cause of death.
Blipfoto is a photography website, so should be free of sex, politics and religion and this story complies, well almost anyway (as the song goes, “Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad”).
The blip is of the secluded bank of the Lane Cove River where the bodies of Dr Bogle and Mrs Chandler were found on New Years Day, 1963.
About 15 years ago, the case was probably solved but not officially. It was Hydrogen Sulphide poisoning!! There’s plenty written about it if you want the titillating details.
