Returning to Copenhagen

When we booked last Sunday's buffet lunch in Copenhagen restaurant we pushed the boat out and opted for a return  visit today. It didn't disappoint. Henrik the owner made a little speech to introduce his new staff who began today and then made his big announcement: he's opening a second place in November. Spanish food there to complement the Danish cuisinbe here. We wish him luck. We'll definitely investigate the new place next time we're here.

Afterwards we stopped off at the Riu Palace hotel for drinks around the pool area. And who did we meet there? Yes, out friends from last week and yesterday. We joined them yet again for a very pleasant session in the hotel's lovely surroundings. They're here until the one of the month. We promised to meet up with them for a meal when they return home.

Despite great plans to push the boat out because it's our last night, that didn't happen. In fact, we were surprisingly well behaved.
