Are you feeling relaxed Gabby ???

Yesterday my dad had a hip repair which actually more invasive than the original hip replacement 18 years ago , today Jim, Eve and me went to collect him from Warwick hospital and took him home . It’s so scary because Dad is now 83 and last time he had it done he was practically a spring chicken, thankfully the very lovely place mum and dad live in has a lift so once we got him out of the car ( the bloody heavens opened on us ) and into the building it was a short shuffle to the lift . Dad REFUSED a wheelchair, he was very very insistent it was crutches only , no one argues with Terry .
Absolute KUDOS to Warwick hospital AGAIN , they were amazing and the staff are just delightful.
Dad was not interested in being the subject of my blip hence you get his favourite cat , she goes to sit in his shed* with him as he gives her cat treats . Mind you he accidentally locked her in once so she did a wee on his chair .
