Netball

I went to Tai Chi this morning which was really good for my hand which feels so much better. I have got some arnica cream to help with the bruising. 
This afternoon it was the first Wednesday afternoon at Edge Hill University not too much going on, netball and rugby union. It was raining so I only went to the netball. I decided I would try using the Lensbaby velvet as a change from just action shots. I really like the effect of this one. I realised this is my 4th year taking photos of sports at the university so wanted to do something different. An action shot is in the extra. I loved the girl jumping.
