Oliver Sacks autobiography
I’ve read a few of his books so was given this for my birthday. I found myself savouring it rather than my usual style of running into and through a book.
His other books (the ones I have read) contain accessible rich long-read case studies of patients he has a long term interest in and care for (he is a neurosurgeon). The brain is fascinating!
His autobiography was a pleasure to read, he has had a remarkable life. I liked his curiosity, his optimism and his candour.
