Made the most of Matt’s day in the office today. I reorganised the bookcase, cleaned the plant trolley then made it a drinks trolley (with peace lily, I can’t move him from where he likes to be), hoovered everywhere, cleaned the kitchen… and baked focaccia!

I made a butternut gnocchi dish for dinner and we had the bread to mop it up. So proud of it, it was delicious. We ate it while watching Bread Week on Bake Off, very suitable.
