A good day in Hollywood

I wasn't sure I'd be able to go bowling today but in the end I did make it to the Hollywood Bowl in Tonbridge Wells and won two out of the three games. The computerised scoring system is quite sophisticated and it was interesting to see the stats for today. An average score of 124 per game wasn't bad and I still hold what my bowling pals refer to as The Old Farts Tenpin Bowling Trophy. When I first used to go bowling in the 1960s we kept score using pencil and cards!
