Norwegian peach cake

This is the first friend that I found in this town and we have now a 10 year ‚history‘. Sometimes we irritate each other quite a bit because we are so different, more often we enjoy being together and able to talk about our numerous interests. But I was never a big fan of her baking efforts as she is too ‚alternative‘ in her ingredients. Hardly any sugar, mostly no flour etc. Until I gave her a recipe from a friend and she worked on it until it was a real success!
First time I asked for seconds :-)

Today we got several good things done, Dons eye dr appointment and a massage for him, and a trainer session and a pedicure for me. Lots of rain outside, which made us enjoy time in the house too.
