Red boat...

a very nice splash of colour on the creek today on a very grey and damp morning! We finally got the rain we were promised!   

So despite the drizzle I got out for a quick local wander so ended up at the creek to see this boat that isn't normally there!  Quite a bit of wildlife around this morning too - egrets, heron, teal, ducks, godwits, gulls, robins and dunnocks!

Also stopped off at a charity shop on the walk back and picked up a book for my Dad, and am now trying to find a couple of good cross stitch designs to do for a couple of Christmas cards I'm hoping to make!
